Hello everybody, I hope someone can help me.

I have a customer sales team that would like to have some sort of screen outputting each extension and how much time they have been on the phone. They would like to promote who has been on the phone the most making calls doing sales. I have found the Wallboard feature but it only shows the incoming calls and the data is totaled and not divided up. Has anyone got any recommendations or 3rd party software to help?

I'm a voiptools partner that uses the wallboard feature. Pricing is in line with 3CX pricing. I feel the tools are worth it. Not all tools are ready for v16 though, but wallboard is.

They will be happy to show it to you if you want to see it.

Also, those tools only work on Windows instances. Debian isn't supported as far as I see.

So your PBX can be any OS (Windows or Linux) - you install a relay onto that machine.

Then on another machine you will install the actual tools. That other machine in my case is Windows, but I don't know if Linux would be ok. You will need a database (free MSSQL Express in my case) for all tools I use, and sometimes other services depending on the tools. Anything doing a text to speech can do stuff like amazon poly, or Windows TTS. Wallboard does not need anything else.

Then you control it from any PC on the network via browser. Chrome in my case.

If you want this feature it does not come with 3CX as standard so you are going to have to work with an integration partner and be prepared to pay the money, but what is your other option ? dont give your customer the solution so I think it is an easy choice to make if they want this.

VoIP Tools Wallboard I have used and it does do what you need I have also used the one for Insperix http://www.insperix.com/ but it requires some SQL integration to achieve this.

As stated above VoIP Tools is only Windows based, and is best used on their own dedicated server as they use a relay product on the main 3CX machine in the event you want to use multiple "tools".
