3cx Wallboard not working

Hi,

The 3cx wall board is not working for 1 specific extension. I have checked and the agent is a member of the call queue and a manager. Wallboard is working for other extensions I have tried the 3cx web app and desktop app and it is the same for both. Anyone have any ideas why this might be?

I have issues using the webclient on one of my google profiles due to the extensions loaded, however using a different profile or Incognito mode, I have no problems. My point is, has that user tried Incognito mode or a different profile with limited or no extensions?
