Solved 3cx web application notifications not popping up on different tabs

Hi all,

I have a client who for every user their incoming phone call notification comes through on their top right corner whether they are in the 3cx tab or on a different one. However there is one user extension who does not get this popup unless they are on the 3cx tab.

Is this a particular setting somewhere? Not sure what I'm missing.

Hello everyone.
I'm a newbie to 3CX. I have a hosted trial version V20. I am a system owner. After upgrading
from

Build 20.0.3.762​

to

Build 20.0.3.806​

That icon which is pointed in the previous post disappeared. I did not find where else it is possible to change notifications settings.
I would appreciated any comments, suggestions, assistance.

open a browser, login and look if blocked, solve it, restart pwa

Sometimes with a browser update you may also need to reset the permissions, and then re-allow the notifications
