Hello,

The 3CX web interface was inaccessible. After restarting the system, the issue was resolved. How can I diagnose this problem? i would like to know what should be avoided to prevent it from happening again.

Please note that SSH access is working properly without any issues.

Best regards

You could check the logs and the services running by ssh.

Hello

bitn2

,

Thank you for your suggestion. I will check the logs and verify the running services via SSH as you recommended.

Could you please advise which specific log files or service statuses I should focus on to identify the root cause of the 3CX web interface issue? Additionally, any guidance on preventive measures to avoid this problem in the future would be greatly appreciated.
best regards

Try
Code:
service 3CX* status

Are the hardware requirements ok for your pbx?

Yes, the hardware requirements are ok for the PBX.

How many extensions? What hardware specifications do you have?

  • 3 physical phones:
    • 3 × Yealink T44U
    • 1 × Yealink T34W
  • 2 softphones:
    • 3CX Mobile app (2 users)

You have 5 extensions? What kind of hardware and how is the pbx installed?

The problem is that I can no longer access the web interface on the PBX. I found that the services are not working, and I don't understand why they stopped. It works when I try to access SSH, but the phones are also not working. It returned after I restarted 3cx.

Yes... answer my questions and maybe we will find the cause.

It's 5 extensions, all phones connected with 1 phone, SBC router Yealink T44U ,
PBX Version 20

Yes.... and the hardware? How is the pbx installed? Don't make me drag everything out of you.

The PBX is a virtual machine in the cloud.

I give up... I don't feel like dragging everything out of you.
