Solved 3CX Webclient is refreshing every few seconds since upgrade to V18

Hello,

Like in this post (https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/3cx-webclient-is-refreshing-every-few-seconds.88539/) I have the same problem with one of my user.

As a company, we use a third party company to handle our 3CX server, and they recently upgrade from v17 to v18.0 (Build 16). The problem apeared just after the upgrade.

He is using the Webclient with Mozilla Firefox 91.7.1esr (64-bit). Same problem on Chrome 99.0.4844.51. On Unbuntu 20.04.4 LTS
The browser have been restarted, computer too. Cache cleared. No special extensions.
Resintall the browser. Nothing works.

I use the same browser, and everything is good.
Any ideas to this problem?

Hi @Thomas M,

Can you ask your third party company to ensure that they've got you up to date? The version should be: 18.0.3.461.

Can you try to log in, using Incognito mode in Chrome?

We have the same issue on our fully up to date being demo system , currently only able to use any webclient in Edge.

This version is still tag "Beta". So we won't have it until is officialy release.

No change in Incognito mode.

Hi @Thomas M,

I understand that you don't want to install the Beta, no problem. Can you confirm you're running on v18.0.3.450?

Can you try in Firefox to go to Help >> More troubleshooting information >> Refresh Firefox... Let me know if this helps.

I spoke too fast. My user didn't put Incognito mode :|

It's working in Incognito mode. No more refreshing.

We don't have the option to Refresh Firefox in More troubleshooting information.
I guess we can reset the user profile by hand, is it the same thing ?

So we tried to reset the profile.

And it's working ! Incognito mode or not.
