3CX webclient on terminal server : firewall rules to forbid call?

Dear Community,

Is there way to stop calls on 3CX Webclient using firewall rules or any other means ?

I need my users to use the webclient for chating and select their status, but if ever they accept a call, everybody on the server get laggy sessions. So, I would like to disable this feature.

The easier is to test.

If you firewall everything but TCP5001 between your RDS Server and 3CX, you still have the feeling everything is working, but the voice is not there.

This mean, the call is ringing if ever and you hear your phone when your are dialing.

It's not wonderful, but it looks the system is not freezing.

Some requires to forbid chat or meeting on the web client. There are so much use case. It would be great if we could configure this depending on the need.
