Some of our customers want to add VoIP/Chat to his own mobile App like android App for his Customer Support. After we have reviewed how to add VoIP to mobile. We found we need a WebRTC Gateway (breaker server connection) this Gateway able to connect the browser/app to a SIP-legacy endpoint or with other words to build a WebRTC to SIP / SIP to WebRTC communication. 3CX already have WebRTC Gateway and used it for his webclient and for Live Chat & Talk for non-WordPress Sites or WordPress Sites. We suggest that 3CX thinking to give his customers more details regarding his WebRTC Gateway or a WebRTC Development SDK.
