Solved 3CX Website Unreachable

Please see attached photos for reference. We are unable to connect to our website and we are all grayed out in our 3CX applications both web and phone. Upon checking the status of the website, it's online.

This indicate that the 3CX Services are not running on the server.
Ensure that all services are up and running properly.
