Solved 3cx win app contacts disappears and after exit the app and reopen, contacts are back

Hi Guy, recently we run into this problem
contacts in 3cx win app disappears from time to time and I find only if I exit the app and reopen it, the contacts list come back, but it occurs again and again.

server version is v16.0.5.612, installed version is 97259
win app version is 16.3.0.111

I check the client log, I think this may be related, but I don't know if it is or how to fix it.
