Hi,

we have installed a 3CX Cloud Version 12, with Session Border Controller on Windows (as Raspherry PI Version is not provisioning new phones) and Yealink T46G and T48G.

Everything works fine, except the BLF Provisioning. The BLF Lights are not showing up. Any hint on this?

Yealink are on the newest firmware.

Hi,

after resetting the phone and provisioning again, the buttons appears. But, when i change the buttons in 3CX, how long does it take, until they appear on the phone?

i can reboot and reprovision the phone, the buttons are not getting changed?!

I don't recconend the 3CX sbc app with cloud server.

Not stable enough and when do cloud deployments in volume you really need a sever side SBC.

What do you mean with SErverside SBC?

we also tried to connect the yealink phones using OPenVPN, without SBC.

The BLF still want get updated... Looks like has nothing todo with SBC?

i kicked the SBC out and configured an openvpn connection again.

problem still persist, no BLF are updated... any hint??

What if you connect one Yealink directly to your 3CX cloud server to test if you can provision the BLF?
No SBC, no OpenVPN, just for testing.
Does it work then?

Is this the firmware supported by 3CX?

Have you open and/or forward the proper ports in your firewall?

yes, we tried everything with newest, 3CX Supported and 2nd newest firmware. didn't work at all.

we got it working now like that:

SBC, DHCP Opion 66. When we change the BLF, the user has to long push "OK", initiate a factory reset.

Yealink gets Option 66, provisions, reboots again and then, all BLF appears correctly.

Stupid way, but works.

Try provisioning with http instead of https (some certificates are not accepted by yealink)
