3CX Windows App

Is there any plan to stop supporting the Windows app on 3CX? I was unable to find anything in the 2021 Road Map.

We would also like to know if the new features in latest road map such as Single Sign On will work with the Windows client, or if it will only work with the web app. If there are any user guides created for the Windows client that would be helpful as well. Thank you.

There are no current plans to remove the Windows App. We may though change the Windows App significantly, essentially replacing it with a new one.
If and when this happens, we will of course release a blog post and as with most products, it will most likely first come in a Beta release so you and everyone else has time to check it out.

No, SSO is only planned for the WebClient.
For the Windows App though I don't think this is necessary, because the Account Information is stored in the AppData folder of each Windows User, so if a Windows PC has multiple users, each one will get their own account details after they log in.
