Hi all,

As there was absolutely no reaction to my two posts, I'll repeat my post again:

I'm currently involved in one project as a freelancer and I have to spend some time in the office of the customer.
As usual in corporate environment, there is a proxy server in his network infrastructure used to access the internet.
Unfortunately, the Windows App cannot connect and I've found no settings to configure a web-proxy in the App.

Am I blind or the Windows Client App really cannot operate behind web-proxy? that would be little bit sad....

Hi ZoloN

The app has not been tested with web proxies and there are no plans to include such functionality.

That being said, if it is a transparent proxy which does not change the packets, it should theoretically work without having to configure anything in the client, but as above this has not been tested.

hi JohnS,

That's very sad - that means, the windows client works only on networks with direct access to internet

That being said, if it is a transparent proxy which does not change the packets, it should theoretically work without having to configure anything in the client, but as above this has not been tested.

Each software that should work via web proxy has to have logic for this - like the web browsers - they take the settings mostly from the system (Win10: Start -> Settings -> Network & Internet -> Proxy).
