i have a strange problem with the 3cx windows client on different sites.
- lagging voice (sometime one word is not transportet)
- poor sound quality (lot of deep sound like base and only a few high tones)
tested with the client in the internal network and from outside, same behavior.
i have recorded i call, with laggin/lost words, then downloaded the wave file and played - sound quality is fine and the lost words are in the record!!!
With the ios app, and our snom deskphones everything is clear and working.
this behavior is with internal and external calls, sometimes it is ok, sometime not.
i have tested linux and windows server, different voip providers.
Mybe someone has an idea?
