3cx windows client crashing

Hi

we are running a 3cx version 15.5.15502.6 PBX and the latest version of the windows client.

We have an issue whereby the 3cx windows client crashes every so often, comes up with the error below:

Happens on what seems like random pc's, just today has happened on about 25 pc's..but it has happened on all pc at some point or other.

We run Eset endpoint AV

Hmm I run ESET Endpoint Security and had no issues.

Are you able to test it to the point where it will crash?

I recommend booting your PC up in clean boot and seeing if it crashes.
