Hi,

I have a problem with 3CX Windows client that don't open to some users but the process is started, because I can view in Task Manager.

I tried to reinstall the client and clear all entries in registry but don't work.

This error to occurr in users randomly, using different versions of client, including the most recent. And occurr after the to restart or shutdown the OS, without any change or update.

Can you help me in this case?

Thank you.

Are the affected extensions already connected on the same LAN? On our 3CX installation (on-premises Windows VM) we cannot have someone logging in with 3CX from multiple computers inside the office at the same time.

All extensions in my organization on the same LAN. These extensions that are affected, early was working without problem, and the error start randomly.

Some comes back work if I reinstall the client, but some never work again.

What version is your Windows client?

You also have another alternative by the way, you can try the 3CX Chrome Extension which also starts automatically with windows

Are your computer running all same windows and same version (OS speaking ,not app)

Do you notice if you have WU packages pending to apply ?

The Windows OS is version Windows 10 1909 and the 3CX client is the 16.3.0.144.

All the computers are running this version of Windows OS and 3CX client.

Some cases I saw WU and restart the computer, so resolved, but the majoriry cases I can't resolved in no way and I guide to use web client.

My first option would be to resolve the problem of 3CX client, because I never to try use the Chrome Extension.

Hi,

Terminate the app, then edit your extension in the management console and change your provisioning settings to block presence.

Then relaunch the app and see if it stops hanging during startup. Tell us what you find please.

PS: Make sure your IP range whitelisted please
