3cx windows client won't connect

Having some issues with the 3cx windows client. Part of the icons are greyed out on the bottom and it won't load the presence information or pull up the switchboard.


I have uninstalled and reinstalled the c++ 2015 x64 and x86, disabled firewall and AV and am still having the issue.

I am able to connect to the web client from the same PC with no issue.

Any ideas?

Is windows client on same LAN as pbx?

From the provided screenshot the client does not appear to be registered to the PBX. Try to access the management console from the PC the client is installed on and see if that works. Also are you connecting locally or remotely? If remotely make sure that tunnel is enabled under the extensions settings.
