3CX Windows client won't start

My 3CX phone was working fine this week and now i can't start it anymore. Although it looks like it has been started, i can see it running in the windows task manager but it's not in the taskbar/tray.

I tried a re-install twice.
Also checked the C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\3CXPhone for Windows\Logs but nothing there except that it's registering.
Microsoft visual C++ is installed as well.

How can i troubleshoot this?

So it is running, just not showing in the task bar?
