I have upgraded the 3CX Phone system to V12.5 and installed the new software for windows.
We have a company phonebook, but when someone from this phonebook calls, the pop-up does not show the callers name but just the phonenumber.
When i enter the same information in the personal phonebook it shows the callers name.
I dont want to enter each Name and Phonenumber per PC, it there a way to fix this?
