Could you please confirm when the V20 app will gain complete hotkey functionality?
The "paste number from clipboard" hotkey is particularly critical for many of our customers.

It is imperative that you start moving away from the Electron and legacy Windows softphone to the new Windows store app. Both the electron and legacy softphone will no longer receive updates and at some point in the not too distant future, they will stop working with V20.

When will the new app be able to create CRM and M365 contacts directly from the app (like you can do in electron and mobile apps)?
When will users be able to see, filter and respond to lost queue calls like in the electron app?

At the moment, a good amount of my customers are not able to switch to the new app because it's missing basic features which they are very used to use on a daily basis.

As this has been repeatedly said in previous comments on the forum, this hotkey functionality goes against MS policies. Our suggestion here is to use Click2Call for browser based applications

Click2Call is not an option, what is the approach then?
We just need it like v18 and our customers will be happy. It's the most critical missing feature right now.
Could you release a version outside the MS store with the "forbidden" functionality? Of course, at the partner's own risk when it comes to updates.

The softphone msix can be downloaded from the 3CX Partner/Customer Portal in the Downloads section.
Betas are currently not released as MSIX though, only final versions.
