3CX Windows version 18 Update 9A

Hello,

I am using 3CX Windows version 18 Update 9 and would like to update to Windows version 18 Update 9A to prepare for the release of version 20.
But on the 3CX updates, it said, "Your System is up to date.". But on the version session, it has 18.0 Update 9 (Build 31).

Is version 18.0 Update 9 (Build 31) is the 18 Update 9A?

The 3CX customer portal for Windows download only has "3CXPhoneSystem20.exe".

The version mentioned, 18.0 Update 9 (Build 31), is indeed version 9a. From this point, you can proceed with the update.

You are correct; version 18.0 Update 9 (Build 31) is the 18 Update 9A - 3CX Build History V18.

As version 18 will be EOL by the end of 2024, all new installations and Downloads in the portal are for v20. Refer to our latest announcement about Support Changes for 3CX V18 Users for more details.
