3CX with Patton SmartNode SN4118/4JS4JO/EUI

Can someone tell me if 3CX has a provisioning template for Patton SmartNode SN4118/4JS4JO/EUI, if not how difficult is it to create it manually. If it is too difficult, what are my other options?

3CX doesn't have templates for Patton devices that are part FXO and part FXS. You can provision one or the other through 3CX and the rest manually. Contact Patton for help they have free tech support and might have their own template you can use.

So I can use two separate gateways for fxo and fxs and use 3cx templates?

I also wanted to confirm that the gateway will connect to the switch/router and not to the 3CX server directly, is it right?

Correct if you have two physical patton boxes one for fxs and one for fxo the 3CX templates are built for those only.

The patton plugs into your switch and communicates over ethernet.
