3CX with Polycom 300

Hi Everyone,

I am hoping to get help here. We have Polycom 300 video conference kit in the office that we would like to use that together with the 3CX VoIP. I understand that Zoom will work in Polycom. But it will be really good if we are able to use the Video Conference kit together with 3CX. I wonder if anyone here is able to do that.

Webmeeting should work with any camera that Chrome can use.

Unfortunately, it does not work. Wonder if that is something that I had configure wrongly or that it is not compatible at all.

Webmeeting runs in a Chrome window. If you have a USB camera that works under Windows 10+Chrome, then it should also work in 3CX Webmeeting.

Search on google for "webcam test" and visit a website that allows you to test your camera in a browser. If it works there, we expect it should also work in 3CX Webmeeting.

Lastly, please make sure that you haven't blocked your camera on the Webmeeting URL
