3CX with Snom M65 headsets

Hi,

we´ve deployed 3CX with M65 handsets attached to Jabra headsets.

All is fine, though sometimes the voice volumen is pretty low and definately lower than with our previous solutions. Handsets are at max volumen.

Is there any option within the 3CX to raise the volumen or is this only able on the end devices?

Hi robertolbg,

The volume can be controled only by your end devices, in your case M65.
