3CX with vb net application

We have a vb net application, now we want to integrate 3CX so that we can make call and receive a notification of the incoming call via the application using 3CX, can somebody from this community who can give a sample code or idea how to work with it. Thank you

The 3CX Call Control API is a .NET Core API. You can consume it from any .NET Core program, and you can create this program in C# or Visual Basic. But it has to be a .NET Core program, not a .NET Framework program.
