3CX with Zabbix Agent for monitoring purpose

Hi Experts,

I am looking for advice on whether it's possible to install the Zabbix agent on the 3CX Debian OS version 12. We’ve been cautious about running "apt" on our 3CX ISO system due to concerns that it might break dependencies at the 3CX level.

We aim to utilize the Zabbix agent for call monitoring, enabling us to track active calls, call durations, and other metrics.

Is there any recommended or proper way to set up the Zabbix agent on our 3CX system?

While it can be done, there is no 'proper' way, because there is no supported way.

If you install anything other than 3CX on your PBX it becomes an unsupported environment.

We use Zabbix on every 3CX server with no issues.

For other things outside of the Zabbix client on a 3CX we use this (and look above).
