3cx won't update 16.0.3.676 to 16.0.4.493

I hit the update button as I would for any other update and it says it'll update and boots me out of the admin panel, but never updates. I've logged into the console as root and I don't see the typical "we are rebooting" messages and it just sits there.

Any idea what I can do to update this system?
