Hi

The general idea is to receive phonecalls to our voip phones from clients showing the woocomemerce "order id" instead of their mobile phone to help agents find their orders faster!
So i was wondering if is any change to connect Woocommerce orders and upload the information somehow to 3cx contacts / phonebook or an external phonebook with an xml feed the name, lastname, mobile phone and the order id of the client, to make our life easier:cool:

Thank you.

You mean... something like change the phonebook, on-the-fly, by syncing with Exchange Server? Which, you would be constantly updating...
Of course, this is going to be updating the phonebook on all of the sets as well, which might be an issue.

Maybe, or there might be a third party add-on.

Thank you leejor for your information, the answer is there! im trying to connect mysql with woocommerce and i couldnt find the way yet but the solution is right there!
If someone find something on how to connect woocommerce mysql contacts with 3cx to have their caller id and his order id just reply..

Thank you again !

While it might be possible to update your contacts, what if the customer has multiple orders? What then? Rather than mucking with your contacts, what about a screen pop that displays the desired information? That is probably easier and gives you plenty of space to show multiple orders. In fact, it might be handy to show the order date, and the amount too.

Yes this is better of course, but how can be this done? Via 3cx web client somehow?
Any ideas?

Both the Web and Windows clients can be configured to invoke an application/url and pass as parameters the caller's phone number and name. You could have it call a separate application you write that queries Woo and displays the desired information.
