Hi all,

This is my first post here on the forums, and I apologise in advance for any reposts or commenting in the wrong section!

I have a T46G handset phone, our company bought 3 and we've had a tough time provisioning the phones, this is what we want to achieve:

1) Install the 28.82.0.20 firmware onto the handset
2) Enter in the server URL and username/password under Auto Provision
3) Reboot and for the phone to pick up the firmware and register to the 3CX server

For some reason, after the provision, we are bought to the same screen everytime but can't go further from here. Is there anything we're missing? The Mac address has been added to the username on the 3CX server as well.

Any help would be great, thanks!

What is your setup ? Where is the 3CX server , in the cloud or local to the phones ?

If in the cloud, are you using STUN or SBC ?

If local, are the phone on the same network as the 3CX

Info on provisioning the phones -

I would factory default the phones (press the OK button), and follow the steps in the above url

There is no username and password used when entering the provisioning URL via the web interface. I'd recommend reading the link saqqara posted.

you would be prompted to enter username=extension and pwd with a STUN remote provisioning.

Still unclear what his situation is.

I would also check that the remote phone IP has not been blacklisted by 3CX

@Robertos

You are correct but since he/she is mentioning putting the URL and credentials under auto provision the only place that matches that description is the Yealink web interface where you would not put any credentials in.
