So i assume this is possible i am struggling to find a URL to be able to accomplish it.
I have a customer who has 3CX V12sp3.
We had the a BLF for Queue IN and Queue OUT.
They do not like the default option since they hear the voice say "You are logged into the queue".....
So what we thought of doing was make a URL button with the trigger address to log there extension in/out of queue.
I believe there is such a address correct?
I was thinking the HTTP API but i don't see a option for queue?
Any thoughts about how to accomplish this aside from usings the software phone. We know that is a option but cant convince everyone
