Is there any other way to get the 3cxconfig file to provision the 3CX Windows Softphone than the Welcome Email way ?

I have problem with the SMTP and can't get it.

Could you please be a little detailed as i am a newbie here?
I am having the same problem and i don't see how i can use the QR.

You can use a Chrome QR Code reader extension. It will give you a link that will download the provisioning file.
