3cxManagementConsole.log not getting updated

Hi,



I am working on CRM integration (ZoHo). Coql (query) is working fine, but ZoHo insert is not working. To debug the issue, found that, zohoapi calls are getting logged in 3cxManagementConsole.log file. Just to take fresh logs, I moved 3cxManagementConsole.log to 3cxManagementConsole_bak.log and then executed 'touch 3cxManagementConsole.log' and new file got created.



I changed the new empty file permission same as previous file, including the file ownership (phonesystem). However, new logs are not getting stored in the new 3cxManagementConsole.log file.



How to get it enabled to receive the new logs?

You will need to restart the management console service to do that, because the service has the file handle, and even if you rename it, the service will continue writing to the same file.

Also, please note that some logs might be written to the 3cxSystemService.log file.
