3CXPhone / CTI

Hello,

we are using Yealink T46G and 3CXPhone in CTI Mode on same Extension ... everything is working fine but I wonder if it is possible to transfer a call from the IP Phone to the 3CXPhone Client to use BT-Headset connected to the PC.
Didn't find any option for that?

Assuming you change the 3CX software from CTI to phone mode, you could park the call from the Yealink phone and retrieve the parked call on the 3CX softphone.

So I can grab parked Phone-Calls from the same Extension?
Ok - not 100% the way I was thinking of handling this - but I guess we can live with that! ;-)
