3cxphone for android - Registration failed

3cxphone 2.0.5
Samsung Galaxy Tablet.
Wifi connection. No 3G

I can not connect using the tunnel over Internet.
The credentials, ports, ips are correct

The PC with the software (3cx phone) for windows works ok.
Same router, connection, server, etc..


On tablet ...

Reading configuration
Tunnel connecting
Not registered.
Registering ...
Not Registered


Any ideas ?

For that extension did you check settings for "disallow use extension outside the LAN" ?

Do you have some messages in server activity/event log?

Does your tunnel is connected before you got message not registered / register failed?

Did you even figure out what the problem was? I have the same issue.

I am seeing traffic passing through the firewall and wireshark is showing the traffic reaching the 3CX phone server. I do not see anything in the 3CX logs
