3CXPhone for Windows

Hi

Has anyone else had issues with the 3CXPhone for Windows application not remembering its position with a multi-monitor setup. I think it would still not remember with one screen but i have three if that makes any difference.

Whatever i do it always pops up in the middle of my main (middle) monitor after a reboot. All my other windows remember their position.

I have Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

Also running V15.5 of the 3CX client

I had observed, that the 3CX-Client is only saving its last position when it is manually closed.
I have to exit the client manually on the position I want it to reopen next time.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this does not seem to help. My switchboard remembers its place but the main client does not. It just reverts to the center of my main screen.

Hi, We are having audio issues with all of our softphones. The audio on our smartphones is super low and no way to turn it up. also our softphones are not working with our wireless bluetooth headsets.
