3CXPhone Presence Indicator Light

Wondering if anyone has found a compatibly indicator light for 3CX. We are migrating from Skype to 3CX but haven't found a good solution for this yet, only solution out there seems to be Kuando BusyLight + Joher.

Would be so cool if this could somehow work with 3cx...
one possible way without getting into it...
1) Phones have Action URL's: so on off hook, on hook - send Action URL
2) The API for Kuando could then poll for change.

Issue: Mac compatible? Softphone compatible?
