3CXPhone v15 Defaults to Softphone

Hello,
Is there any way to stop 3CXPhone for Windows v15 switching from CTI to Softphone after every reboot/logoff?

We use the software purely for CTI mode and have no need at all for Softphone mode. We have only just started using 3CX this week and the staff are loving the control on the computer with headsets etc, but the Softphone switching modes automatically is becoming an issue.

Can anyone assist?

hi there,

Go in extension settings >> Phone provisioning and choose 3cx client from the drop down menu.
Scroll down to Preferences and in Call control select Ip phone.

this should default the 3cx client to CTI mode
