3CXPhone v6 - second line blocked first line

Hello,
I have problem with softphone 3CXPhone v6. When I am talking with someone on first line and someone is trying to reach me on second line, I can't go back to first line - beacuse information about new call is blocking whole sotfphone and I can only reject or answer new call... Is there any hot key to show first line or somehow can I hide information about new call on second line?
