Solved 3CXPhone Windows 7 32 bit Problem

Dear 3CX-Team,
we have Win 2 32 bit in use on our workstations. 3cxPhone could be installed without problems. In CTI mode, no matter which number is dialed, 3cxPhone connects to the internal port 001.
Do you have a solution for us? For us, this topic is very important, otherwise we are forced to switch to another phone system. That would be a pity, because 3cx otherwise meets all our requirements.

What phones are you using? Do you have a BLF for 001 set to the first button of the phone? Please note that for CTI to work the first 2 buttons need to be line buttons as when you dial with CTI the phone opens the first line of the phone which corresponds to the first programmable key of the phone. Also the 3CX client is supported only for 64bit systems

Hello Yiannis,
Thank you, it was the first BLF button. They saved our 3cx installation. Now also the TAPI works. Too bad that no one in Germany came up with this idea. In the future, we will change our workstations to 64 bit. After buying Askozia through 3cx, we needed a solution that integrated our existing systems. Once again many thanks.
