3cxphonesystem.exe 100% CPU

We have an issue this morning with our 3CX system using 100% cpu uasage from the following file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\3CX PhoneSystem\Bin\3CXPhoneSystem.exe"

No system changes have happened on this server since install, running version 10 still, srver rebooting does not resolve it the database service runs fine, any ideas on where to start troubleshooting would be appreciated

Try system restore to an earlier date / time
