I recently installed 3CXplugins15.exe plugin for allowing a user to make phone calls directly from Outlook 2019. The user tried to use the "Scheduling Assistant" button in the "Meeting" tab while creating a new meeting but the button no longer appears in his ribbon. When the "Customize the Ribbon" option is viewed, the "Scheduling Assistant" option is selected. When the option has been unselected and selected, the button still does not appear.
The 3CX Plugin has been uninstalled and the problem is still present. When Outlook is run in safe mode the "Scheduling Assistant" button reappears.
How can this be fixed?
