3CXPlugins15, use outlook + tapi

[mathiasc]

hello,

we have a customer who would like to use the TAPI client AND the oulook integration.

i tried installing 3CXPlugins15.exe and tapi works fine, but if u then want to install the outlook integration the TAPI doesn't work anymore.

is there any way to install both outlook and tapi?

You should install TAPI from 3CXPlugins, and deploy the Outlook integration via provisioning (only available with PRO/ENT licenses).
