We are seeing repeated hard crashes of 3CXSystemService01.service on 3CX v20 Update 8 (Build 1109).
This is not a reboot, not resource exhaustion, and not an OS issue. The process is aborting and generating core dumps.
3CXSystemService01.service: Main process exited, code=dumped, status=6/ABRT
3CXSystemService01.service: Failed with result 'core-dump'
Event ID 30035 appears in 3CX:
The OS remains stable. No OOM. No kernel panic. No CPU spike. No disk issue.
The service runs approximately 60–90 minutes under live traffic and then aborts. It auto-restarts and repeats.
This is clearly an internal application-level crash.
Given this is a production system with multiple locations and call centers, repeated SystemService aborts are not acceptable behavior.

- Core dumps generated
Questions
- Is this a known issue in Update 8?
- Has anyone seen SystemService abort under multi-trunk environments?
- Could this be related to SIP parsing edge cases?
- Any known incompatibilities with certain trunk providers?
- Is there a hotfix beyond Build 1109 addressing SystemService crashes?
