Hi, is there anywhere I can get a full features config list for the 3cxvoipphone.ini file? Also is it possible to force a softhphone into Auto-Answer and prevent any other states as it is requiement for the call centres we manage?

Can you explain what you're trying to do and maybe we can assist you once we know what you're trying to accomplish?

I did some testing with 3CX Phone for Windows a few months ago. I tried editing the ini file to force the phone into auto-answer, but unfortunately this file is read once at startup and making changes to the configuration file programmatically after start up does not work. So, no, there is not a way to lock the phone into auto-answer mode.
