3rd party DECT : Fortinet

Hello,

I'm totally new to 3CX and I want to test it.
I already have a few phones I would like to use for my tests : one Fortinet DECT base FON-D71-B and 2 DECT phones Fortinet FON-D71-H

Actually Fortinet devices are the same as Yealink (rebadged I think)

I tried to register the DECT base in my free 3cx without success
The problem is I don't know if this is because of my lack of knowledge or because of the Fortinet devices

Is someone able to help ?

You have two options...attempt to provision using a template that you think may work (which it sounds like you have done), or manually provision. If the device does accept provisioning using a template, and has a GUI, you might be able to "tweak" the settings, then disable any future re-provisioning to prevent the changes made being over-written. This is still going to require an understanding of what the issue, preventing registration, is.
