3rd Party Softphones

Hi to all good people here,

I am working with 3cx for 1 month now. I am trying to register fxs port as extension using SIP username and password, I also tried to use 3rd party softphones to find right combination from received email. I am confused so ip adress should be for example 10.0.0.5 port 5060, username extension for example 0001 and password which I received via email right? Simply I receive authentication failed on all solutions which I tried.

User ID is the extension, Username (or Auth ID) is found in Extension -> Phone Provisioning, along with the password.

Server would be your PBX IP:5060
