Hello,
I got a customer who use an application to control the outcoming calls. When the agents use the V18 Desktop and hang up the call via a third party apps, the call was ended immediatly.
When they start to use the V20 Desktop with the same method, when the agent hang up the call, they heard 4 beep (very, very loud beep).
Can you improve the Desktop or correct the issue please ?
