401 Unauthorised?

Hi All,

Ive downloaded a copy of the Freepbx and am trying to configure a sipgate login for a VOIP line.
As far as I know, i have inputted the correct username, password and telephone number into the system. but it doesnt seem to want to register the line.

Can anyone offer me any help?

Can you post the server status logs when it tries to register. That will give us the info to look at it a little closer and help you more.

Otherwise - make sure you have the correct username and password that sipgate uses.
