403 Error - Call Forbidden By Administrator

I am having an issue with 1 particular outbound number, where I receive the 403 Error - Call forbidden by administrator - thoughts? Thank you.

This seems to be a rejection by your provider. Have you tried to contact your provider to investigate why you're receiving this message?

Unless there is something "special" about that number, it may have something to do with the caller ID you are sending on that call.
