403 Forbidden/INVITE

Hello,

I am configuring a bridge between 3cx and PBX asterisk. The tunnel is UP, I can call asterisk to 3cx, but I cann't call 3cx to asterisk.

I have an error message in the 3CX:

failed, cause: Cause: 403 Forbidden/INVITE from SIP

The 3CX is in my LAN and asterisk in other LAN, there is a Tuneel VPN. There is not firewall rules between them.

Any ideia?

Well, 403 means the receiving end understood the request, but refuses to fulfil. So, it may be a user/password issue, or, perhaps the number sent cannot be processed.
