Inbound calls using extension dialing from digital receptionist fail.

Analog lines through Patton SN4114 FXO gateway
Cisco SPA504G phones provisioned by 3CX

IVR answers the call, the extension can be dialed, the caller hears hold music for a short time (less than a second), then the caller hears the prompt "Call Transfer Failed" and the IVR repeats.

Here are the logs;

I would have to agree, to check the results in that string first failing that work your way through the call process Gateway >> PBX >> Phone and ensure each element is passing the call correctly.

We still have some sites with Cisco's on however we are slowly migrating them across to Yealinks (and have been for some time now).
